Can I use this for consumer finance?

• ClearPolicy is currently optimised for commercial asset and equipment finance.
• Consumer finance support is on our roadmap for future updates.

How often is policy data updated?

• Policy data is updated regularly, typically within 24-48 hours of receiving updates from lenders.

Accounts & Teams

Can my whole team use one account?

• Each user currently needs their own account.
• Shared scenario features for teams are coming soon.

Is there a free trial?

• Yes! New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
• No credit card is required for the trial.

Lenders & Products

Does this replace my BDM?

• No, ClearPolicy is designed to handle research and repetitive questions.
• This allows your BDM to focus on exceptions, strategy, and complex cases.

What if a lender isn't supported?

• You can request new lenders through our support channels.
• You can email lender policy / rate card to hello@clearpolicy.ai and we will enable this lender just on your account (no other brokers will have access to it)
