Viewing Leads
Access leads from:
Lead Information
Each lead includes (minimum):
- Contact name
- Email address
- Phone number (if collected)
- Loan details entered
- Products they viewed
- Quote
- Submission timestamp
Lead Statuses
Track lead progress with statuses:
New
Just submitted, not yet contacted.
Contacted
You've reached out to the lead.
Converted
Lead became a client/deal.
Closed
No longer pursuing (not interested, disqualified, etc.).
Managing Leads
Update Status
Click on a lead to change its status as you progress.
Contact Lead
- Click email to open email client
- Click phone to call (on mobile)
View Details
See the complete scenario the lead entered.
Lead Notifications
Configure notifications in the Leads tab:
- Email alerts for new leads
- Daily summary digest
- Instant notifications (coming soon)
