Understanding Product Results
The Results Table displays all lender products that align with your client's financial scenario, along with essential metrics for comparison.
Results Table Columns
- Lender/Product: Displays the lender's name and the specific product variant available.
- Interest Rate %: Shows the calculated customer interest rate, inclusive of all applicable loadings.
- Monthly Repayment $: Provides the calculated monthly payment based on the Net Amount Financed (NAF), interest rate, and loan term.
- Upfront Fees $: Indicates the total of all upfront fees, including establishment, application, and documentation fees.
- Monthly Fee $: Lists ongoing monthly account-keeping fees.
- NAF (Net Amount Financed): Represents the total financed amount, which is the sum of the loan amount and any capitalized fees.
- Eligibility Status:
- Eligible (Green): All policy requirements are met.
- Eligible (Blue): All policy requirements are met with assumed values.
- Ineligible (Red): One or more policy requirements are not met.
> Tip: Use the eligibility status to quickly assess which products are suitable for your client's application.
Sorting and Filtering
Sorting Options: Click on any column header to sort the results by:
- Lowest interest rate
- Lowest monthly repayment
- Lowest fees
Filtering Options: Refine the product list by:
- Selecting "Eligible products only" to focus on viable options for your client.
- Choosing specific lenders.
- Selecting preferred product types.
Expanding Product Details
To gain a deeper understanding of a product, click on the "view" icon in any product row. This action will reveal:
- A comprehensive fee breakdown
- Details on failed policy gates and any warnings
For an even more detailed analysis, click on any product row to expand the details panel. This panel provides:
- A complete fee breakdown
- Pricing impact analysis
- Policy gates and any relevant warnings
- Assumptions used in calculations
- Detailed policy information
- Assistance from AI tools
- Policy configuration and validation details
